Dear Divya
for drafting any show cause notice/warning letter, first you need to collect the written complaint from the victim . where as all the matter should be cleared mentionas like time & place of incident, whole details of the incidnet.if possible then the name of the person who was present at the incident time. after receving all this you may go for warning letter.
you have to write a warning letter along with mentioning the all incident which you recived from the victim . you have to describe all incident and ask to employee for giving the reply of that warning letter in prescribed time ( which was mentioned in your approved standing order) also ask him tfor legal action in case of non submission of the reply of warning letter. please keep in mind that whenever you are giving the warning letter show the clause of miscouduct which is mentioned in your standing order as well as punishment
