Dear team, Some shops like those dealing in garments and jewellery need to be opened on certain days like festivals for example Diwali, Dussehra, etc
Those are are the days on which the shops are the companies earn maximum. Shops are not in a position to to render leaves employees on such days.
In case of leave policy, the losses the employer should provide leaves with pay on certain holidays.
So my question is how to adjust leaves on such holidays??
