Our company deducting epf on 100 salary . Example: Salary of a worker 14000. Making basic also 14000/- deducting epf from worker 1680/- and also company paying same. Now worker is asking to deduct minimum by making basic as 40% or 50%. Now my question is what is rules for this?????
