Sir please explain different between company closure process and change management process . What will happen with permanent employee in both process?

Change Management Process pertains to manuals of operating processes or procedures that are related to audit procedures in general.
If you are inquiring about changes in terms and conditions of employment or work procedures and working conditions, they need to be communicated to the Factories/Labour departments through a notice to the concerned department before implementation.
