My management asked me either to resign with immediate effect or they will issue the termination letter. After which I decided to resign and got my F&F from the company. However when I asked for my unpaid allowance, they issued me a letter for non serving notice period and asked to pay the amount in lieu of notice period. Although after my resignation I got an email of acceptance by the company where they have clearly mentioned that my notice period has been waived off by the company.
