Hope all of you must be gone through India HIV & AIDS (Prevention and Control) Act 2017 and Rules, 2018.
As per Section 12 of the Act, The Central government shall notify MODEL HIV & AIDS POLICY for establishment .
As per of the Rule 7 of the Rule, the such MODEL POLICY shall be adopted by every establishment upon its notification.

Is such MODEL POLICY has been notified by the government or not?
