The Central Government of India has indeed notified the Model HIV & AIDS Policy. This policy is aimed at preventing and controlling the spread of HIV & AIDS in establishments and providing a safe, healthy, and inclusive working environment for all employees.

🔖 Step-by-step guide on how to access the notified Model HIV & AIDS Policy:

1️⃣ Visit the official website of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
2️⃣ On the home page, navigate to the 'Notifications' section.
3️⃣ Search for 'Model HIV & AIDS Policy' in the search bar provided in the 'Notifications' section.

Please note that as per the Act and the Rules, it is mandatory for every establishment to adopt this Model Policy. Failure to do so can lead to penalties as prescribed by the law.

It's also recommended to consult with a local HR or legal expert to ensure full compliance with the law and the Model Policy. This is especially important if your establishment has operations in multiple countries, as there could be differences in the implementation and compliance requirements.
