Each month I find different pattern in salary slip.In all 3 month I was present all days
Please some one guide me on urgent basis. There are Different HRA every month ,Sometimes miscellaneous allowance added sometimes not. different in hand each month
Please share salary slip calculation excel sheet base on present days. ( for employee not HR )
All expert HR .Please help me in above scenarios.

It appears from your submission that your organization like many other organization has also restructured the remuneration pattern based on Supreme Court Verdict-Feb,2019. That is the reason for different pattern of pay slips in different months. You Organization should communicate the same to the employees before implementation.
Even in your restructured remuneration there is 3 pockets of which one is Statutory Bonus 1800/- per month appears to me indifferent as statutory bonus ( Bonus under the payment of Bonus act) is paid annually . Instead there may be two pockets - Basic and HRA.
