Dear All,
I have a following query.
The Provident Fund and ESIC are deducted from the salary of the payee below fifteen thousand.
we want to design a new salary structure for
1. 10 k - 15 K range
2. 15k - 25 K range
3. 25k -45 k range
4. 45k - 70k range
5. >70k range
If we want to design a new salary structure, what all things need to take into consideration?
In short how to design a new salary structure?
what all steps involved in it? and how to implement that in middle of a financial year?
