Dear all, Maternity benefit it come under ESIC and ESIC applicable only for who are all getting below 21000/- Gross salary, now my question is who will pay maternity leave wages for non eligible ESIC Employees? can any one suggest me and where it was mentioned. i m waiting for your valuable response.

Hi Madhukumar, For non ESIC category of employees, Employer has to pay Maternity Benefit. Accordingly employer has provide Maternity leave with wages for a period of 182 days.

Because one of our employee she take all maternity benefit from Employer side. once completed of maternity leave after that she resign the job and left the company. in this situation what kind action i will take .
