Dear Concerm, I am working with a IT Software Company & Carrying 7 yeras of Experience as HR Manager.My role majorly is into HR Generalist Profile heading a team of 3 HR Executive.Now,My director wants me to work as Organizational Development HR ,role Involves-Develop & Execute HR Plans that are aligned to the organizational Strategic Plans...But i am not having such kind of Experience. I am thinking to pursue SPHR ,Please help me whether should i opt this or any other certification?
Is this kind of certification is really going to add some value in my resume?
