I joined an logistic company in Aug 2018 and resigned on December 2018 . But still my resignation has not been accepted .
As new to handling office and heading it I did a mistake of selling scrap which generates money . I have never taken a single money , but I was not in good terms with my line manager . He took this opportunity to say me I was thief . I have also furnished printed bills to prove expenditure of the whole amount in office expenditure . The company took whole money of the scrap from me and I have paid . This manager also floated factual wrong data against me through email to several people to put down my name. Beside I was never trained, no KRA given not any seniors came to guide me in process , thus there were some mistake happened due to this . I have been blamed for the same by the line manager . and made to clear the same . I have been asked to gather crucial financial data from vendor even though i have resigned and due past my notice period , which may result in breach of policy . I also have the call record that the manger has said me that my career will be ruined IF i resigned . And bad review will be given purposefully so that I dont get job any where .
I am really upset and fear , that negative review will end up my career . How do I tackle this . Please help .

How much was the amount in question and were you in charge of the scrap?
In what capacity were you employed?
with the cash generated what di you buy for the company and where was the item/s kept?
Was sale of scrap inside company premises?
What data about you did your manager circulate and what wrong data was he circulating??
Have you resigned?
I suggest do not resign and face the problem boldly.
Whatever evidence you have got put it in front of management-amount collected, how spent for the company, bills ,physical items,repayment details.
No point panicking and resigning.Collate all facts and place them for information of management.Your manager is against you but whole company may not like that.
