Dear all Fraternity Members.
I am working with a Japanese company in Greater Noida. The Company started 6 years back with two employees. Now the strength is 7. When the company started, the Japanese Director made the policy for fuel reimbursement on actual so that people can join as the company was too far. This was a variable pay decided by the management. Now out of 7 , 3 employees are coming by their own car and rest of the members are coming by metro and then picked by office cab. Now management wants that there should be only one policy for the company, i.e., only fuel reimbursement. Since some people are coming by car/some by metro with the same distance. How should i fix the amount ? Please help me on this as this has become very crucial matter for Company.
