kindly clarify the below.
As per AP factories 1950, every pressure vessel shall be subjected to testing by a competent person in certain periods. i.e. Internal testing, External testing and Hydro-static testing.
Internal / external testing means is it by visual or thickness test or by other means. please clarify.
