There are certain conditions for applying of Labour Licence. You need to identify whether obtaining Labour Licence is applicable or not.
First clarify the below mentioned conditions, than only senior members can suggest relevant views:-
1 Whether you got any contract / agreement at any location where you need to deploy manpower for the interior work.
2 Maximum No. of manpower required against the contract for a specific location.
3. Name of the place (State) where the contract manpower to be deployed.
4. Whether the Principal Employer is also registered under the Act and having Regn. No.
5. Name of the "Appropriate Govt", in relation to the contract.
On basis of the above clarifications the query can be better answered.
