There are many compliances which are common, but other provisions of rest of the acts/laws/rules may not apply to every units. So before get into practice you should identify what are applicable to your unit and short list the compliance provisions and based on this determination you start the compliance periodically. The attachment will provide some help, but you have go thru' them carefully, update them with currently applicable and amendments made from time to time. You may not find all the applicable acts/rules in the attachment. Therefore add what are all not finding place in the attached sheet.
