Hi Team, I have a query. In my friend's company, the practise of LTA is that you have to serve atleast 2 years to get the LTA. If there is a shortage of 2 years then he will not be entitled to get the LTA. Recently he was terminated from the company. He served 1 year 10 months. Company is not paying any LTA. So I want to know in case of termination, is he not eligible for LTA though his service is less than 2 years?
