Final notification related to Unified Annual Return in Form D under the Payment of Bonus Act 1965 and its rules 1975.
Through the amendment all employers adhered to upload the Annual Return to the Web Portal of the Central Government in the Ministry of Labour & Employment giving information on Bonus details in respect of the preceding year.
Also, it pave ways to keep the documents, Statutory registers, accounts book, etc. in electronic form and the same shall be produced to the Inspector during Inspection.
