Hello all, i currently joined a pre-opening hotel as HR Manager after a gap of 4 yrs of maternity leave. I have exp. Of 4 years previously. Now pls suggest me how should I work and proceed as HR In my new role. What are the areas i have to take care n how to proceed step by step. Pls suggest me at earliest possible. Thnx in advance

:
1. Policies- all employment-related;
2. Procedures;
3. SOP's;
4. Publish PoSH Policy on Notice Board (as Presribed under SHWW Act 2013);
5. Constitute Internal Committee as prescribed under Section-4 of SHWW Act 2013;
6. Advice Presiding Officer to File Annual Report for Calendar year 2018 if your Hotel Establishment commenced Operation after Obtaining Esta Certificate
