In that case i want to know i am a permanent employee or not. I have to serve notice pay or not please confirm.

Not getting a confirmation letter not unique for your Co. alone. There thousands of Cos doing like this, nothing new. How about your probation period, have they declared that you have completed PP successfully? Better check with your HoD or your HR .
Notice period in case your are resigning should have been indicated in your appointment letter/offer letter. Check those documents and you will know. There is no uniform or common period applicable to all on declaration
