I'm making HR Policy regarding employee grading system (Employee level structure). I want to know how the companies adopt the different systems to grade their employees. My company is looking to build an employee grade system where the benefits, seniority and employee level is represented so everybody is treated equally according to the structure. Anybody have any related draft copy of policy or excel format for grade system where we can benefit from.
