Ours is a company newly registered under Karnataka Factory Rules. Can anyone help me to know how to Annual return under Karnataka Factories Rules? We tries to file the Half yealry return in Physical copy at the department, however they asked us to file it online. However there are no Option to file the return online in the website of Department of Factories.
