Hi Anju I know about this solution but then it will get highlighted to CEO as his signature is required on the letter which i do not want.

Hi
You better inform your management that you had accidentally exited the employee from the PF and trying to get it rectified soon. Better to admit and finish the job than keep telling lies at every step till it is completed. Why shirk your responsibility and hide the fact as it is human to err and mistakes do happen. Take up the responsibility and see that the person is not left out of the PF due to delay on your side.
Thanks and Regards

after repeated reading i have found the following
1) the employee joining date June 04 2018
2) employee is continue and paying contribution
3) HR has made Exit of Employee on June 5 2018
under t his situation the record is destroyed contribution itself is squeezed to 1 day as the HR has made exit on the very next day, so the only procedure is to rush to EPFO and ask the m to cancel the Exit generated
