I am facing a peculiar issue. I am planning to transfer my PF from the previous employer to my current employer. My previous employer is asking for a set of documents which comprises an attested Form 13 and a Covering letter. I have generated Form 13 from the UAN portal. The Covering letter format is not available to me. I work for a startup, and my current employer also does not have it. My previous employer mentions that the basic format of the covering letter has been changed. It seems that the payment instruction needs to be added to the letter. I am requesting everyone, if anyone has the latest format of the covering letter, please share it with me. Thanks in advance.

No letter is required to submit Form 13 provided the KYC is approved digitally by the previous employer. Simply make a photocopy of Form 13 after the employee and the previous employer have signed it, and get the photocopy stamped by the department. Fill out Parts A, B, and C carefully, ensuring not to leave any column blank.
Agriculture workers in Canada are in demand due to a shortage of workers in the workforce, as found in a new study by the Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council (CAHRC).
The study indicates a current gap of 59,000 workers in the industry between labour demand and the domestic workforce. Projections also suggest that by 2025, the Canadian agri-workforce could face a shortage of 114,000 jobs.
In response, the Canadian agriculture industry has been actively encouraging young people and workers from other sectors around the world to consider agriculture as a career.
According to the CAHRC, labour shortages pose risks to farmers who are reliant on having access to both domestic and foreign workers in the future.
The CAHRC is providing support for group workers in terms of Visas, tickets, and living quarters. Interested group applicants should contact us with their group batch lists and resumes via email at cahrc.ccrha.canada@gmail.com.
