NO TDS is deducted form your salary.
With the current salary you are no where near taxable range.
Secondly it is noticed that employer is not paying his contribution of PF .
Only your contribution is being deducted from your pay.
How many employee s are there in the company?

Empolyee 's PF contribution need not appear in payslip. Form 16 will be generated by May-June for the last year if tax deducted from your salary.
