I have been terminated from a company, due to breach of contract. its been almost 3 months that company has terminated and not given any written document of termination and not received the final settlement. been through recovery enquiry also.. still not got feedback from the company for the settlement and relieving order. when ever i call to companies HR, they are telling its under discussion with Rsik assesment team. i have not got any job after that. kindly help how to get relieving and final settlement.

It would help if the aggrieved person put in the query in detail for any of us to respond. You have not mentioned what sort of breach took place and if the result was a direct loss to the company etc. If you were terminated we believe the breach to be a very serious one. Maybe the company is contemplating to take legal action or holding back your dues till they get a clear picture....mere assumptions at this juncture as we do not know what exactly happened.
