I am Shradha, presently working on a project basis for an organization with more than 1000 employees but as of now there is nothing like an SOP that they follow. As far as the HR department is concerned, they are working on 2 functionalities - Recruitment and Compensation. Require your inputs to create SOP for all the functionalities of HR.
