I need to know During the Maternity leave, is employee eligible to earn Privilege leave for that period ( do we need to provide PL’s for the period when any employee is on maternity leave )

Hello!!!
The Provision of Privilege leave or Earned Leave under Factories Act does not clash anyway with Maternity Leave or provisions thereof. The days of ML will be counted for eligibility of PL , but Earned leaves will be considered on actual working days only.
