hi
Chinnu i can only tell you one thing.
It takes some time you to click in the market.
Do not fix up for big clients and leave the smaller ones...
Make each and every client prior and work out.
I know a company which like wise and suffering now a loss of 53 lakhs.
so be sure that sucess comes long way after lot of hard work put in.
And when recruiting people please do not select candidates who are having more experience and with big reputed companies..
It will also influence your Consultancy..

Chinnu:
I would suggest that you have stream-lined processes from a statutory/organization perspective in place from the beginning, even if it takes a little extra effort and time in doing so. This also includes a good business plan and a crisp business blue-print.
Its good to be focused on your core competency and on expansion, however, as the organization grows, you need to ensure that all other aspects, especially statutory requirements, are adhered to, so as to avoid any penalties/losses at a later point of time.
Thank you,
Ramya
