I am working with Building Construction Contractor. We are Constructing a Project as a Contractor in Gurgaon and Registered under BOCW Act, 1996. Workers deployed at Construction Site are registered under HBOCWB. Whether Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965 is applicable on construction workers or not.
Please advise.
