How to form canteen committee for manufacturing industry reg., canteen members and minutes of meeting and inform any labour dept etc.,
From India, Hyderabad
Forming the Canteen Managing Committee, with equal Nos of Members from amongst the Management Cadre and Employee /Workers Cadre with its Chairperson changing alternately, is a Big Boonful Step towards Closer Association of Workers with Management of Joint Bodies.
Eventually, such Initiatives bring forth Harmony and Peace coupled with Higher Production and Productivity, anywhere, every time.

Dear colleague,
It is not clear whether you are a qualified HR professional or not. If you are, it is disgusting to read such a post where the poster has not taken any trouble to know provisions under the F Act and State rules governing canteen before seeking spoon feeding reply. The provisions, if read, are crystal clear and would have answered this query fully.
Please have habit of doing some search before coming to this forum.
