could any one tell me what are legal rights of contractual employees working in PGIMER, Chandigarh. if they cross the age of 30 years working on contract basis and if vacancy creates after this wheether they get benifit or not or whether get get bonus or not.

Backdoor entry into Central Govt Service is now prohibited by the Supreme Court.Even if vacancy is created unless Management frames a policy for absorption of Contract workers , no preference can be given .Even for contract labour the Contracor has to pay Bonus.
