The PF from the employee was deducted as his salary was within the threshold limit of Rs.15000/- gross per month, now the salary has been increased and as per the threshold limit the employee is opting out from the deduction as his salary is more than the limit prescribed as per PF. Is is possible to discontinue the deduction.
