Hello, Please suggest me, can i include this point with same words in appointment letter, is it correct language?
"In case of Serious illness in which you had gone under the Treatment of more than 21 days, you will have to submit the Complete reports to the company before the joining of your duties and in case if you are going through under the continuous Treatment, you will not hide any fact and will inform to the company before the joining of duties. In case of hiding the fact, company can terminate your services without any notice with immediate effect in Lieu of hiding the fact"
Please suggest me, as it is very urgent.
