How BGV(Background verification) will happen if MNC is closed and acquired by other MNC company? or How BGV(Background verification) will happen if MNC is closed ?

I think that every reader would be in a fix to understand on whose perspective this question has been raised - on the employer's or the new employee's.
If it is on the new employer's perspective, he has no other go except to accept the particulars submitted by the new recruit in the event of no response from the acquirer of the erstwhile MNC as his previous employer had become extinct. Of course, he can only verify the veracity about the last drawn salary as well as tenure of employment with reference to bank pass book if the disbursement of salary was through bank or ask the candidate to produce the originals of the credentials relating to the particular spell of employment.

Thanks Umakanthan,
Actually I am terminated by the Closed Company. The termination letter issued by them is "Fake and Fabricated docs".
Now terminated company MNC is closed and acquired by another MNC, I am thinking to say I lost my Reliving letter and show all the other docs as proof of my employment or do edit the termination letter as letter and submit it.
Company 1 : Terminated (9 months)
Company 2 : Genuine (4 Yrs)
Company 3 : Genuine (6 Months working)
Company 5 : Govt, If I include terminated experience i am eligibe to apply If i dont I am not eligible to appy.
Please suggest in this regard.
