What is the drawback's accrued if we exit bulk employees from EPF, because in my company there are no exit from starting to till date (near about 4 yrs.),its not possible for me to find out their Date of exit, if we we mark exit all of leaved employees in a common date, whats drawback will be arrived

There is no exit from EPF once the employee has become a member he continues to be so. Only thing is that the employer’s contribution could be limited to the salary ceiling under the Act.

if some one is resigned or terminated from his services, there are no need to mark them exit from epf he /she will continue active in portal ??
