2. Is it Online or Offline mode of application?

4. What all documents are required for registration?Registration certificate, Address proff, Employees details, Aadhar card, Pan Card etc.

I have been trying for shram suvidha portal but it is asking for 20 employees' list for common registration for ESI and PF but no option to go ahead for ESI.
For registration, website is not responding.... this has been observed for last 10 days.

Please guide me for the right url if i am doing it on irrelevant site.
