We are such a small company employee strength near about 40-45 employees so can any one suggest what small pearks we can give to our employees not more expensive. pls suggest.

First of all make a list of what perks you are already giving. Please remember that some people like monetary benefits and some others like non-material benefits. You should also have a budget. If I suggest something, then you will come up and say this is beyond our budget. You can alternate between monetary and non-monetary benefits every time so that you cater to everybody's aspirations and desires. One Surat Diamond merchant gave away cars to all his employees and next time he gave flats, third time, diamond sets, fourth time a paid-holiday abroad. So, you think and come up with something meaningful and beneficial and worth remembering for their life time !
