Hi Masifhe, Below mentioned is my views, 1. You need to pay monthly. 2. Those who have completed 20 years o service will get one time max 10% of increase in Basic

Hi Sir,
which means
1. An employee who has completed 15 years and his revised basic pay is 16000 (i have rounded for calculation) will get monthly (16000*1/100)*15=2400/- .?
or
16000(new basic)-14000(old basic)=(2000*1/100)*15=300 per month.?
2. An employee who have completed 21 years.,
a)- he already have 25000 basic and there is no increase in basic., then what is the calculation.
b)- his revised basic 14000 to 16000 change in basic is Rs.2000.
then calculation is (2000*1/100)*21=420/- for one year.?
Please clarify.
