Why do you require a law for this basic requirement?
Factories Act prescribes for First Aid box, ambulances etc depending on strength of workers.
A basic first aid box with medicines /items like crepe bandages,Bandaid strips, soframycin can be put in place.Take a doctors advice for exactly what medicines can be kept.
Medicines need to be checked for expiry date from time to time.
Doctor advice is a must for medicines being placed in First Aid Box.

First aid box is basic requirement & now a days it is being placed every where. You need not worry about the contents, you go to the vendor he will supply the First-box with basic minimum requirements or as suggested by our Nathrao garu you check the Factories act where it is clearly listed out.
