I am working as Hr- Executive in pharmaceutical company. Recently i did interview with one of the pharma manufacturing company so far i cleared 3 rounds of interview. But just now i had a call from HR. and asked appear for final round interview tomorrow with Plant Head. So dear seniors please help me out about what type of questions Plant Head supposed ask because i am completely unaware about it.i am really great full if somebody reply to my query.

The plant head will see things from a broader perspective.
You need to present yourself as a sober employee who will be beneficial to the company in terms of job out put.
He will assess your general behaviour and how well you are likely to gel in the company.
But not withstanding that you passed 3 rounds,update yourself with latest in your field
