Hi all, I am working at client place and the client got closed but still working at client place till every thing like payment dues get closed.
I have more than 3 years of experience in HR-Operations at Hyderabad. Please tell me as the company tells there is no other client for you to work anymore.
This clearly means that I have to leave soon.

After the completion of the residual works in the wake of closure of the client, the contract between the client and your company comes to an end either abruptly or as agreed earlier. Therefore, you have to go back to your parent employer for further postings. Since your parent company seems to be an outsourcing company and you belong to managerial cadre, they should provide you job if any available there or elsewhere or simply discharge you by complying with the exit clause of your contract of employment and settle your other legal dues according to your eligibility based on the no. of years of service in the parent company.
Therefore, keep looking out for an alternative job based on your profile.

The company has 30 days notice period so if they relieve on urgent closure they have to pay me the 30 days notice.
I started looking for alternatives but being in HR position under Operations, most of the company hire internal references but not outsource much. Do you know any other sources so that I can try there other than Naukri, Linkedin, Monster and Shine.

Ours being govt. institution, this institute is hiring services through outsourced basis. It means this institution selects vendors based on tender finalised. And this institution signs the agreement with the vendors and not the employees.
In the given scenario, one simple question is raised:
The government is principal employer or the selected vendor. Of course, payment to firms who is proving services is being released as per the tender agreement.
