For issuing identity card to employee, as per the recent amendment of Maharashtra Shop & Establishment Act 1948, there are few additions to the list;
15. The employer of an establishment shall furnish to every worker an identity card. Such card shall contain the following and such other particulars as may be prescribed, namely:—
a. the name of the employer ;
b. the name, if any, and the postal address, of the establishment;
c. the name and age of the worker;
d. date of joining, department, nature of work, designation;
e. the signature (with date) of the employer or manager;
f. Blood Group;
g. Aadhar Card Number
Please confirm which are the mandate ones to be mentioned on Employee I-Card.
