We are a small consulting firm. Our employee strength is going to be 20 from coming month. Hence we will fall under PF Act from the coming month.
Before I register online, I have few queries:
1) All of the employees in my company getting salary more than 15000/- i.e. above basic criteria.
2) In that case if none of the employees wish to start contributing to PF account, what are the forms/challans that we have to submit each month / quarterly / annually.

Dear Santosh,
If all employees are getting salary (Basic+DA) more than 15000/- then you need to take form 11 (Declaration) from them and same needs to be kept for records.

Dear Santosh,
For all employees and in future for new joiners you must keep FORM-11. If there is any employee who was earlier member of PF, must continue in your organization. What Praveen B has recommended, please follow the same for coverage i.e Basic & DA - maximum limit 15k per month. For obtaining PF code also check the status of contract's employee if any (Tea Boy, Sweeper, Office boy, Security etc.). For any further clarification you may contact me if you think so.
Thanks & Regds.,
