1) Your employee have one UAN for PF a/c no.
2) and you which to combine these to a/c's in one UAN?
And if both these are through I have one question
1) Do both Branch A and B have 2 seperate PF code or Just one PF code?

Dear Neeta,
Please help employee to activate his current UAN number den UAN should be linked with Aadhar & bank account details, make sure that those KYC should approved by employer.Afterwards just logged into employee UAN account then initiate transfer by entering employee previous EPF number.(path : online services -> one employee one EPF)
or else you can transfer by using Form 13A manually. i hope EPF amount only can transferred to current EPF account.
