Dear Sir/Madam,
What is the procedure for Annual increment if an Employee exhausted all leaves and is given leave without pay during one Financial Year ? Should employee's increment or due promotion be withheld when he or she resume the duty in an Autonomous or PSU organization.

Was the EOL on medical grounds? If employee was on EOL his increment will get delayed by that period.
