Does DA attract PF in monthly wages?

Yes it attracts if the Dearness Allowance forms part of calculation of terminal benefits.

Please see section 6 of the PF Act which states that contribution is to be calculated on basic wages+ DA+retaining allowance, if any. So DA is included.
