Dear Team member, We are dividing salary by 30 day’s including Sunday’s, now i want to know OT hours should be calculated by 26 days or 30 days.

If you talk about workman as per defination of workman of id act then it need to be 26 days only. For others you may calculate either of 26/30 as per your discretion.
