On leaving an establishment you can withdraw the PF only if you are not employed in another establishment to which PF is applicable. The law stipulates that you have to wait for two months to ensure that you are not employed. If your date of exit from the company is 24th July, you cannot withdraw the PF before 24th Sept. Therefore, you may wait till that date and again apply for withdrawal on or after 25th Sept.
