anyone, please help me with the right salary breakup for delhi / NCR as per 2017 rules .
Is this fine:-
Basic Pay = 30% of Gross salary
House Rent Allowances = 40% of basic pay
Medical Allowances = 1,250/- per month
Conveyance Allowances = 800/- per month

The Basic salary can be 30%-50% of the gross, however, it should not be less than the Minimum Wages, as defined by the state govt.
The HRA should be 50% in r/o Metro Cities.
The Conveyance allowance now admissible upto 1600/pm
In addition to the above you should include Statutory Bonus as well as compulsory part.
However, in order to make it tax friendly you can introduce Re-imbursement Policy which includes LTA, Phone re-imbursement, fuel etc.
