I have query related to factory act please reply point wise. We are planning to hire factory on lease in haryana from 01/04/2018.
1.existing factory already in manufacturing process and they have own factory license and they will run the factory till 31/03/2018 and they have pay off all the employees till 31/03/2018.and sale all machine-nary to new company
2. new company will lease agreement with existing company for building on rent and purchase all machinery and existing employees taken on roll with fresh joining and run the same manufacturing.no change in layout plan, power, no change in no of employees as per existing factory license.
3.when we have to inform factory wing before one month or 15 days that we have taken factory on lease for start manufacturing w.e.f 01/04/2018.
4. what documents required if no change in layout plan, power, no change in no of employees as per existing factory license.will factory license amend(change in factory name,owner)existing building plan will work.
please reply point wise.
